Stylish penthouse apartments in excellent location and close to the city center! The apartments were completed in September 2021 and are newly equipped and furnished. Due to the quiet location on the courtyard side, peace and quiet is possible despite the city life. The apartments can accommodate four guests each. In the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, which is also ideal as a workplace and a TV (cable TV).

The master bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable double bed. Depending on the apartment, next to the master bedroom there is either another smaller bedroom and or a sofa bed in the living area. Each of the apartments offers a bathroom with shower or bathtub and a washing machine including dryer. Highlight is the private balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard, where you can relax after an eventful day. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning as well as room-darkening blinds. Stair climbing required!

IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOUNTAINS

Röns, the smallest village in Vorarlberg in terms of area, has about 300 inhabitants. The area is perfect for sports fans as well as guests who want to enjoy nature and switch off. There are ideal conditions for hiking and climbing due to the different types of rocks and our mountain scenery. Almost 300 kilometers long is the signposted bike path network in Vorarlberg. Mountain bikers will also find countless bike tours, which start right outside the front door. You can cool down and relax in various gorges, natural lakes, mountain rivers or public swimming parks. The nearest ski resorts such as Sonnenkopf, Golm, Damüls-Mellau, Faschina and many more can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Enjoy the wonderful mountains of Vorarlberg. Sports fans and those seeking peace and quiet will get their money's worth in our duplex vacation home. Already the view of the mountain peaks of the Biosphärenpark Großes Walsertal as well as the Rheintal represent a special feature. The house was completed in 2020 and is located in the center of Vorarlberg - Röns (AUSTRIA). Both the mountain world and the historical city of Feldkirch are in the near neighborhood.

We offer for rent the entire the townhouse and can accommodate 8 persons. We provide 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a 200x200 bed and 2 bedrooms with a queensize bed), 2 bathrooms, a large living area and a terrace with seating and lawn, lockers, parking and wifi.

The townhouse includes parking spaces. In two minutes walking distance you can reach the Hof im Glück with a farm shop, where regional products from the surrounding area as well as products directly from the farm are offered. Cheese, bacon and also sweet culinary specialties can be purchased. In four minutes on foot you can reach the next bus stop directly at the Gasthof Löwen, where you can enjoy regional dishes.
